Megan Fox will appear in Sacha Baron Cohen’s The Dictator, the comedian’s latest spoof based on a book supposedly written by Saddam Hussein about a monarch in the Middle East.
According to Paramount, “The film tells the heroic story of a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.”
Fox’s role is being kept under wraps for now.
John C. Reilly, Anna Faris and Ben Kingsley will also make cameos in the film.
Cohen will play both the dictator and the lookalike goat herder who replaces him.
The movie is set for a May 2012 release.
